Admissions Philosophy

Our admissions philosophy ensures that every candidate selected has the qualities needed to thrive in training and excel in Aviation.
These facilities provide an ideal environment for theoretical training. ARCA has experienced and passionate ground instructors to deliver high-quality education. A dedicated Flight Simulation Training Device (SFTD)* center replicates real-world flying conditions, enabling students to practice maneuvers, instrument procedures, and emergency scenarios in a safe, controlled setting. * This program will be offered upon receiving of the simulator

1. Admissions Process

Admission to the Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) program is guided by a structured, step‑by‑step evaluation designed to identify and nurture candidates with the right skills and potential :

Stage 1 – Eligibility Screening

  • Candidates must meet the basic requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & English
  • Valid or in-process DGCA Medical (Class 2 / Class 1)
  • Minimum age as per DGCA regulations
  • Basic English communication ability

Stage 2 – Academic and Psychometric Assessment

  • Candidates undergo a screening test assessing:
  • Basic Physics (mechanics, motion, aerodynamics fundamentals)
  • Mathematics (numerical ability, ratios, calculations)
  • English Proficiency
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Decision-making ability
  • Stress tolerance
  • Situational awareness
  • Discipline and behavioural suitability
  • Learning adaptability

Note: Suitability for pilot training is determined by a combination of qualities—academic ability is important, but equally vital are discipline, adaptability, decision-making skills, and resilience.

Stage 3 – Final Selection & Admission

  • Candidates who successfully clear all stages will:
  • Receive a Provisional Admission Offer
  • Sign the Training Services Agreement (TSA)
  • Undergo SPL & FRTOL Training
Note: Note: Admission is merit-based and subject to seat availability, in accordance with DGCA regulations on aircraft-to-trainee ratios. This ensures that every candidate selected receives personalised attention, ample flying opportunities, and quality training experience with Safety as Highest Priority.

Stage 4 – Viva

After completing SPL & FRTOL training, shortlisted candidates will participate in an interactive session with the training panel, which includes:

  • Chief Flight Instructor
  • Chief Ground Instructor or a nominated member from the Training Team

2. Fee Structure

ARCA Global Aviation offers a structured fee model aligned with training progression.

3 Before commencement of Flight Training up to 50 hours ₹ 14,71,500
4 Before commencement of 51–100 hours or 4th month (whichever earlier) ₹ 13,00,000
5 Before commencement of 101–150 hours or 7th month (whichever earlier) + IR Training ₹ 13,00,000
6 Before commencement of 151–200 hours or 10th month (whichever earlier) ₹ 13,00,000

Total Course Fee: ₹ 59,09,000 (Rupees Fifty-Nine Lakh Nine Thousand Only)

Important Information

  • Admission is subject to successfully completing all evaluation stages.
  • Fees are structured to be payable in stages, aligned with each milestone of training progression.
  • DGCA examination fees, medical expenses, and statutory charges shall be additional as applicable.
  • Landing and navigation charges shall be additional as applicable for cross-country flights.
  • The fee structure may be revised in response to fluctuations in fuel prices and economic inflation which is beyond the control of ARCA Global Aviation.
  • ARCA Global Aviation is in the process of establishing a corporate-level tie‑up to provide insurance coverage for all trainee student pilots. The applicable insurance fee will be charged separately, as per policy.
  • Training timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the Trainee Student Pilot’s payment schedule, individual student performance, weather conditions, and other operational factors beyond the control of ARCA Global Aviation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly in accordance with ARCA Global Aviation’s refund policy, as outlined in the indemnity bond and subject to the jurisdiction specified therein. This ensures transparency, fairness and adherence to agreed contractual terms, while maintaining the integrity of the training program.
